MACCA’S SEASONING RUBS – Great Barrier Beef 350g

Great on steaks, roast beef, low n slow brisket and everything in between!

Salt and Pepper are perfect on beef, but onion and garlic enhances the natural flavours of red meat. A few other spices and just a tickle of heat makes GBB perfect on a sirloin in a cast iron pan, whole rolled roast in the oven or competition quality brisket in your smoker.
